Moving from PSL to Neutral Vendor to Hybrid Model:

When we first started working with Wokingham Council 3 years ago, they were coming from a PSL background with no technology involved. So, the first goal was to change perceptions internally and get the managers to engage in the new technology-based model with Matrix SCM. Having helped remove manual-based processes, drive efficiencies, reduce costs, and increase fulfilment in key areas such as Social Care. The next step for Wokingham is to move towards a Hybrid Model where we will be exploring integrations through a more flexible approach that is tailored to their hiring managers specific needs.
