What is Statement of Work (SoW)?

Statement of Work (SoW) defines the scope, deliverables, objectives and outcomes required to successfully deliver an engagement. A Statement of Work involves clients and suppliers agreeing milestones and deadlines for delivery, with payment for services only being made when agreed milestones have been reached and outcomes delivered.
