This week, Siobhan from our Social Value team attended the Westminster Job Fair on behalf of Matrix SCM. Working with Westminster City Council she has been driving community engagement, and this was another fantastic way for her to meet and interact with local residents.

By introducing local residents to the temporary jobs website, Siobhan was showing the community how they can search and find jobs that have been released through Matrix CR. On top of that, she was showing them how they can interact with agencies who can then put them forward for positions and support them on their journey to find work.
