We are proud to announce that another member of our team Vicky Hoole has joined Barry Moseley, David Terry, Anne Noakes, Sara Hindry and Rebecca Douel celebrating 10 years working with Matrix SCM. After celebrating with cake in the office, we sat down with Vicky to understand how her role has developed and changed over the years.

Account Management to Supplier Engagement:

Originally joining to support Enfield Council as an Account Manager, through to currently managing Enfield’s Supply Chain of recruitment companies. Vicky has worked with our Operations team, IT, and now manages Supplier Engagement. Which gives her a wealth of knowledge around how we support clients, how our system functions and how to manage our supply chains.

This knowledge has helped her to continually create and manage robust supply chains for our clients. Driving fulfilment, candidate choice and quality for all our clients.

What’s been happening with Supplier Engagement?

The role of the Supplier Engagement team is to understand where we are filling roles and where could use more support. All the time ensuring that our clients receive best price, quality and candidates available.

Over the last 6 months, Vicky has been working hard with the team to streamline processes and creating new documentation to make suppliers processes as easy as possible. Which has led to response times being the best they have ever been and kept client supply chains robust.
