Looking to move away from the Master Vendor model, the Vale wanted to gain access to specialised suppliers, improve visibility and create cashable savings. Setting up the Neutral Vendor Managed Service:

Moving from a Master Vendor model to a Neutral Vendor Managed Service means that hiring teams across the Council will now have access to CR.NET system that will manage the end-to-end procurement process. Our implementation team are beginning the process now, which includes but isn’t limited too; upskilling staff, transferring existing recruitment agencies to our model, growing supply chains, and loading all compliance for roles into the system. This will drive fulfilment rates of 99.6%, provide full visibility and control of spend while ensuring that all hires are 100% compliant.
