Since 2012 the London Borough of Waltham Forest have been working with Matrix SCM under a Neutral Vendor Managed Service Model. With the contract extension date approaching, the council looked to our Hybrid Model and considered the market to ensure they were getting the best service available.

Moving to a Hybrid Model:

After re-awarding Matrix SCM under the newly appointed Hybrid Managed Service for contingency resourcing, the Council have experienced great success. With goals set to reduce recruitment spend, the Matrix SCM team started running immersion sessions as soon as possible. This alongside other work we have been delivering, supported the council in making a fantastic 1% annual saving on recruitment spend within the first month of the new contract.
