We're at the SPDS conference on the 1st and 2nd of November, conducting research into organisations current recruitment processes. Our goal is to understand the key problems organisations are facing in their current recruitment process, so we can start conversations about key problems and possible solutions.

To collect this research we have created postcards with a quick survey on the back that will be available throughout the conference, once filled in they can be posted in our ballot boxes or given to a member of the Matrix SCM team. The results will be written up in a report so we can analyze the key problems and start discussions on how we can solve and overcome them.

As part of the survey, we are running a giveaway where one lucky attendee will win an Amazon Echo Dot. To enter the competition you will need to fill in the survey, enter the competition by posting your response in a ballot box or giving it to a member of the Matrix SCM team by Friday the 2nd of November at 13:30.
