News
Over the last month we have supported some great Social Value work with our clients. Delivering CV and interview workshops with our Supply Chain, heading into schools to talk to students about employment, and recording a conversation between Redbridge Council and a local Holocaust survivor for Holocaust Memorial Day.
CV and Interview Skills Workshops:
Our client, the London Borough of Waltham Forest, has been working on new ways to promote employment opportunities to young people in the borough. This week, as part of the councils Opportunity Bank, we facilitated a CV and Interview Skills workshop at Waltham Forest College. Calling upon the invaluable advice of our supply chain, we had volunteers from agencies come along to provide invaluable advice to the students.

Talking to young people about their futures
Last week we had the pleasure of visiting La Sainte Union Catholic School in Camden to talk to the year nine students about the world of work. We had some really interesting discussions and the girls asked loads of questions about technology, recruitment and opportunities in local authorities. It is great to see so many schools taking a proactive approach to careers advice and helping their students prepare for the future!

Holocaust Memorial Day:
Working with Redbridge, our team had the honour of meeting holocaust survivor Susan Pollack last month in Redbridge. Helping them to record a conversation of her experiences, she spoke about the importance of kindness and standing together against hate. A truly inspirational woman.
