Our Social Value team have been talking to Work Redbridge about the best ways to support their staff and clients during this difficult time. T his week we ran our first initiative called ‘Using LinkedIn to Find Work’ webinar.

 

‘Using LinkedIn to Find Work’ Webinar

Work Redbridge identified that they wanted support with was using LinkedIn, so we created a ‘Using LinkedIn to Find Work’ webinar. This was shared with the Advisors this week where we talked about networking online, new recruitment methods and how to create a standout profile.

Following the success of the webinar, we are rolling it out to a couple of our other local authority clients. We are also hoping to expand our range of webinars and look forward to working closely with the Work Redbridge staff and clients.

 

Working with our Supply Chain

As a Neutral Vendor Managed Service Provider, we have a supply chain of over 2,500 recruitment agencies that support our clients fulfilling roles through our system. When we are working with clients such as Redbridge to run Social Value initiatives, we call upon our suppliers to see if they can provide support and expertise.

For our ‘Using LinkedIn to Find Work’ webinar, Leah Holder from Venn Group gave great insight into how recruitment professionals use LinkedIn and how important digital tools are during the Covid-19 crisis.
