To kick off our Social Value agenda with Enfield Council, Matrix SCM is working alongside the Enfield Careers Service to support young people who are receiving their exam results this summer.

A-Level Results Day:

On Tuesday, volunteers from our supply chain attended the A-Level results event alongside our Social Value Team. Our volunteers discussed apprenticeships, joining the world of work and the role of a recruitment agency. Exploring the different routes to industry available in Enfield and answering any questions they may have about the next steps they can take in their careers.

GCSE Results Day:

This week we went back to Enfield council to meet some students who had received their GCSE results.

Together with a local recruitment agency, Cue Personnel, the Social Value team provided advice and guidance on various different jobs and apprenticeships.
