As part of our Managed Service contracts, all our clients are assigned an experienced Business Manager who will strategically manage our customer's contract to ensure you are getting the best value and service from our Neutral Vendor Managed Services and Hybrid Models.
Every quarter our Business Managers will arrange a Business Review which is an opportunity for our clients to share feedback and suggestions, discuss future requirements, and ensure customers hiring process is running as smoothly and effectively as possible.
Insight into a Quarterly Business Review:
With over 100 clients and running 4 reviews a year, our Business Managers are always out supporting our clients.
Recently one of our Business Managers Ella had a review with Basildon Council who have just extended their Neutral Vendor Managed Service contract by another year. During this QBR they reviewed the commercial figures of the contract, which boasted Quarterly Total Agency Spend savings of 6.4% which is great news for the Council. This is also showing that the work we are doing has helped us ensure they are getting the best value from their contract.
On top of value, they also examined are they getting the most out of the system from an operational perspective. Since the last review, there has been an active Digital Strategy in place, which is working as they have increased the number of orders that managers are inputting into the Matrix CR system from 78% up to 95%, helping them drive technology-based recruitment processes internally.
Without diving into all the detail of what is going on at Basildon, hopefully, this has provided good insight into what a Quarterly Business Review involves, and how our Business Managers support our clients like Basildon to get the best possible value out of their contracts.
