We had a great time at the London Collaboration meeting last week. Having been awarded the London Collaboration Neutral Vendor Lot 1a we spoke to a group of London Authorities about our Neutral Vendor Managed Service. Helping them to easily source specialist recruitment agencies, local SME’s and direct sourcing capabilities through Talent Pool.
Neutral Vendor Managed Service under Lot 1a:
After introducing Matrix SCM, our Sales Director Chris Grimes took London Authorities through our Neutral Vendor Managed Service, showcasing the differences between our model and a single recruitment agency master vendor model.
“A ‘true’ Neutral Vendor Managed Service is an unbiased provider of temporary staff, instead of filling roles directly themselves, they manage supply chains of international agencies and local SMEs, giving them fair access to opportunities on a level playing field.”

Clients across London:
Our Business Director Julian Panter went through Matrix SCM’s work with authorities across London including Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Greenwich, Hackney, Lambeth, Waltham Forest, and Westminster. Which featured great insight from Julie at Enfield Council:
“After 11 years and moving into our 4th Generation with Matrix SCM they are still providing the best service and quality”.
Covering everything from robust support on the system and on-going procurement savings through to noncash benefits such as our Social Value work in communities across Enfield, that has involved great initiatives like supporting students employability at Oasis Academy. Julie gave some great insight into what is happening at Enfield and how we have been working in partnership to help Enfield help them meet their goals.
Talent Pool:
To finish a great presentation, our Managing Director Barry Moseley ran an open discussion about our seamless end-to-end solution that allows you to access a talent pool of ready-made candidates that are ready to be deployed at a low cost.
As Danielle from Essex Council rightly put, the key to a successful Talent Pool is going to be getting the “Right Talent at the Right Time”. We are going to be sharing the journey with Essex, so to be kept up to date with how Talent Pools in London are progressing, fill in the contact form below:
