Having been in lockdown for a week, we spoke to a few members of our team to understand what the effects have been. Other than working from home, we are happy to report we are business as usual. So we thought we would share a few insights of what's happened in week one:

Business as Usual:

With the uncertainty at the moment with Corona Virus, we want to re-assure you that last week we started implementing our disaster recovery following government advice and services are being delivered as usual as we transitioned to home working.

141+ Covid-19 orders:

To help our clients understand the impact of Covid-19 on their recruitment spend. We implemented a Covid-19 justification for hiring managers to log within CR.Net when they are raising an order. By the time we made the video we had over 100+ orders with this justification, at the time of posting this had reached 141 and it is continuing to grow daily.

Care Assistants in Lancashire:

We saw an increase in demand for Care Assistants with Residential Homes across Lancashire. We are happy to report that everything ran smoothly through our system and we were able to support our clients with their requirements.

Self-Isolating Workers:

With one of our London Borough clients, we have seen the impact of self-isolating workers. Where over 20 cleaners had to self-isolate because of Covid-19. We supported them through this by bringing in temporary staff through CR.Net, so the Council's services were unaffected.

Re-deploying Local Workers:

Working with Enfield Council, we are helping them to prepare to re-deploy local workers with desirable skill sets at the Council. This is being run through CDL Plus+ and our Candidate Demand Website. We are now looking into rolling this out with other clients.
