Hampshire Constabulary – Building Specialist Supply Chains

Originally working with Matrix SCM through Hampshire County Council, Hampshire Constabulary have been working with Matrix SCM since 2013 and are continuing to partner with us through a recent extension.

Working together, we have built specialist supply chains of agencies that specifically support Police requirements. This approach helps them to confidently procure roles such as Fraud, Investigators and Researchers from specialist agencies with the added benefits of visibility and control through our system, CR.Net. This gives them the best talent through a streamlined and complaint process.

Basingstoke and Dean Borough Council – Smoothly Transitioning To A New Contract

Since Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council extended their contract via a direct award through ESPO’s Mstar3 framework, our flexible approach has been supporting the Council to manage agency staffing since 2010. The new contract was implemented smoothly; moving them from existing terms to new ones within a day, ensuring they remained business as usual. We recently distributed a questionnaire to the teams for feedback and can confirm the transition was smooth with no disruption.

Northampton Partnership Homes – 24/7 Support From Our Operations Centre

Awarding through ESPO’s Mstar3 framework, we have been working with Northampton Partnership Homes since 2016 as their Neutral Vendor Managed Service Provider. All Matrix SCM clients have access to our Operations Centre who provide 24/7 account management support, 365 days a year. For Northampton Partnership Homes, whose teams are great at using the system, they can be safe in the knowledge that this support is there should they ever need it.
