Our Social Value Team spent yesterday morning at Oasis Academy Enfield supporting year 12 & 13 students from across Enfield as they start to think about life after school.

This work is part of our Social Value agenda with Enfield Council, where Matrix SCM has been working alongside Enfield Careers Service to support young people in the community.

Students Next Steps:

Alongside volunteers from Venn Group, we talked to the students about working in recruitment, the pros and cons of university life and the variety of roles available in local councils. Helping to provide insight and answer questions that they may have about the next steps they can take in their careers.
