Workshop: Deploying Digital for Better Recruitment Outcomes - Learn from Leading Councils

One of the biggest challenges currently facing councils from a people perspective is the difficulty of placing the right people into roles which are critical for the delivery of services.

Cutting edge councils are now using digital recruitment to improve their recruitment performance, getting people into jobs faster.

On July 20 we’ll be holding an event where we will be sharing how leading councils are using digital to overcome the major recruitment challenges they face.

The event will be in a workshop format where you will be able to hear first hand from Thurrock Council and Westminster City Council about what they are doing to deliver better recruitment results for their organisations. We also have a talk from TMP Worldwide which will consider the role of employer brand in maximising council recruitment efforts.

The workshop will take place at the office of the London Councils in Southwark on July 20 from 9.30-11.30.
