Our system is built in-house by our internal IT Team, so we are not reliant on any other organisation to keep our platform running smoothly. So, we don’t foresee any technical problems. From reviewing the data reports, usage hasn’t been affected by the news, we can confirm we are seeing normal numbers of orders and placements going through the CR.Net system.

Our teams are still here to support, we are going to be following Government advice and moving conversations to webinars, phone calls, and emails. Everything is still running smoothly, from our Implementation Team setting-up new contracts, through to our Operation Centre that are available 24/7 over the phone and live chat to support any queries.
