Throughout December Matrix SCM have been raising money for Marie Curie by running Christmas Raffles with organisations across London.

To kick off the process we reached out to organisations we had been speaking too and clients, asking who wanted to take part in the Raffle. With prizes brought from the Marie Curie shop including some amazing hampers, we gave organisations everything they needed to run a raffle in the form of a ‘Starter Pack’ so they could easily promote the raffle and sell tickets.

Delivering the Prizes:

Once organisations had signed up, we went around London delivering the ‘Starter Packs’:

When everything was delivered, we waited with excitement to hear back about how the raffles went and how much everyone had raised for such a good cause.

Who are Marie Curie?

Marie Curie is a charity that provides care and support to people with terminal illnesses, and their families across the UK. Their nurses work day and night providing specialist care in people’s homes and at their hospices. They also support people emotionally, provide practical information and match them with trained volunteers.

Prize Winners:

From the sounds of it, everyone had great fun with the raffles! We thoroughly enjoyed catching up with the different organisations, hearing how much they had raised and looking at the great winner's photos. Check out some of the photos below:

How much did we raise?

As the different organisations started selling tickets, we created a ‘Raise-O-Meter’ to track the progress of how everyone was doing. We can now reveal that the final tally is in and altogether we raised a fantastic £447.41.
