Matrix SCM have successfully implemented its managed service solution for agency workers at Cardiff City Council. The Council awarded Matrix a four year contract following a further competition exercise, carried out under Lot 2 of the NPS Wales Framework.

Senior Business Manager for Matrix SCM, Ian Middleton commented “Cardiff is a fantastic new contract for us and the benefits we will bring to the Council will be enormous. We want to ensure that we assist Cardiff in delivering a high quality service to the local community and its service end-users. Whilst we will continue to generate savings throughout the contract, a large focus will be on providing good workers that meet the requirements of hiring managers. ”

This new contract provides us with an exciting new challenge and increases our strong presence across Wales. The Council will benefit from year on year cashable savings and a dedicated on-site Account Management resource.
