When we started adding Social Value elements to our contract with the London Borough of Camden, our main focus was on supporting residents in their search for good quality work. One of the ways we have been doing this is by supporting the fantastic work that local organisations already do with residents.

Running an Employability Workshop with the Council

Last Thursday, Siobhan ran an Employability Workshop at The St Pancras and Somers Town Living Centre in Camden. The session covered identifying skills, improving CV’s and succeeding at an interview. Volunteers from our supplier Executive Resource Group also came along to share their tips and answer lots of questions about the current job market and using a recruitment agency.

This was our second workshop delivered in partnership with Somers Town Job Hub and Volunteer Centre Camden and we look forward to continuing our work together long into the future.

Driving Community Engagement
