We are proud to announce that London Borough of Camden have extended their contract with Matrix SCM. Working in partnership together, we are excited to continue to drive savings and efficiencies across the Council under our Neutral Vendor Managed Service model.

As part of our continuous improvement, we conducted a survey with over 350 users across the Council which brought back some fantastic results that we have explored below:

On-Site Success

When asked about the effectiveness of our on-site team in resolving queries and issues, 92% of responders were positive about the Matrix SCM’s teams’ support.

“Laura is amazingly helpful, so even when things aren’t entirely clear on Matrix SCM, she responds quickly and with step-by-step, easy to follow instructions so I don’t need to ask in the future.”

With people being at the heart of our Managed Service solution, this kind of feedback is fantastic to receive as it showcases that our teams are always there to help clients when needed.

100% Fulfilment within Client Set Deadlines

We also received some fantastic results regarding fulfilment, with 100% of responders agreeing that all vacancies through Matrix SCM are being filled within acceptable time frames. This was echoed in the comments section, where we received great feedback such as:

“We have been very happy with our temporary agency staff placements to date. Many thanks.”

On top of that, 95% of respondents also agreed that the candidates placed where suitable for the roles. This means we are helping Camden’s teams get the right staff on-site with quality candidates at the right time within timescales the user needs them. This ensures that teams across the Council are always covered.
