We are proud to announce that Bracknell Forest Council have extended their contract. With all the great work we have been doing together, we’ve captured data through CR.Net to drive visibility and bringing Qualified Social Care onto the contract. We look forward to continuing working together; driving more savings and efficiencies for the Council.

On the lead-up to the extension, we have been working with Heads of Services and Managers across the Council to understand how we can further help them to get the most value out of the contract. Below, we’ve explored some of the initiatives we’ve been running with the Council to support this:

Immersion Sessions

We’ve been running immersion sessions with the Council and engaging with Hiring Managers to understand what is going well, how we can further help them and providing training where necessary. By offering a forum where Hiring Managers can ask questions and share knowledge, we are helping them to see the benefits of the process and ensuring Bracknell Forest are getting the best value from the contract.

Feedback for the Timesheet Mobile App

We received great feedback from the Hiring Managers about the Timesheet Mobile App. They found the application easy to use and love the functionality. Launching in 2019, Matrix SCM’s free to use mobile app provides another way to easily submit, manage, track and approve CR.Net timesheets and expenses.

Training

At this stage of the contract, our clients have a good understanding of how to use CR.Net and the powerful insights that our system can provide. This is why this is a great time to review how Basildon are using the system and engage with staff to drive further efficiencies. From speeding up processes to exploring reports, the teams are diving into the data further to ensure they have everything they need to make data driven decisions. Our expert staff can help you drive further efficiencies and ensure you are always getting the best value from the contract.
