We are proud to announce that Barnet Council have extended their contract with Matrix SCM. We partner with Barnet to continue to deliver great services to drive more savings and efficiencies for the Council. With all the great work we have been doing together proactively managing their temporary staffing spend, we look forward to continuing this contract.

Business Management and Account Management

We have always had great feedback from Barnet about their Account and Business Management. Through our Neutral Vendor Managed Service model, all clients are provided with access to our Operations Centre to help with the day-to-day running of the contract as well as our Business Management team who strategically support the client to ensure they are always getting best value.

To ensure Matrix SCM are continually helping Barnet to meet their organisations goals, our Business Manager, Craig Pearce, and our Business Director, Julian Panter, hold Quarterly Business Review with staff at Barnet. These meetings are great as they provide multiple points of contact throughout Matrix at different levels, all of which are there to support the Council and help them to continue to achieve high levels of savings. On top of this, the most recent review included multiple members of the Council praising the great work from Adam Snowdon their Client Support Advisor:

This is the second QBR that Adam has received resounding positive feedback from Barnet as he helps teams across the Council with the day-to-day running of the contract. The Council have praised our proactive approach to managing the contract and how our teams are always responsive to enquiries and there to help staff however and whenever they can.
