In our last post about the Public Services People Managers Association (PPMA), we mentioned that we had run some Positive Points of Recruitment Processes research with delegates throughout the event. We can confirm that the results are now in!
What Positive Points of Recruitment Processes?
As a Managed Service Provider of Contingency Resourcing, we were keen to understand how we can further help Councils across the UK. Pairing this with the theme of the conference 'Don't Worry, Be Happy', we came up with the idea of a Positive Points survey where we could find out what was working well in Council's recruitment processes and how as a community we could make it even more positive!
Contingency Resourcing Research Results:
So, the results are in, we had an interesting mix of responses throughout the course of the conference. With only one Council stating that their processes were 100% Positive (without mentioning names, we are glad to say they are one of our clients).
Across the board, there were some very mixed results, which seemed to vary depending on what kind of model the Council is using. Check out some results below:
Compliance & Safeguarding: 18%
Technology / Manual-Based Processes: 27%
Visibility & Management Information on spend: 27%
You can view all the results and read our experts analysis on the results in our latest research document which you can view by clicking the image below:
