An agreement between the government and suppliers, the G-Cloud Framework provides cloud-based services over 3 lots:

Cloud Hosting, for example, content delivery networks or load balancing services.

Cloud Software, for example, accounting tools or customer service management software.

Cloud Support, for example, migration services or ongoing support.

Matrix SCM are under the Cloud Software lot, as Matrix CR is an application that can be accessed over the internet and is hosted on the cloud.
