Mark Inskip

CEO

Mark joined Matrix SCM in the summer of 2021 with a brief to lead the company on its next phase of investment and growth. Mark has previously led and scaled businesses in the Media and Marketing industry and brings a wealth of operational and commercial experience. Mark also spent much of his career as a management consultant where as a Partner at Accenture he led the creation of their digital transformation practice. Mark is passionate about people and believes that happy people, make happy customers which ultimately makes for happy numbers.

Noel Kelly

CFO

Noel is a Chartered Accountant with Board level experience of a range of businesses, with a variety of ownership structures both public and private. He brings a wealth of knowledge to Matrix SCM from his track record of delivering financial growth and business transformation within the technology sector, most recently as CFO with ATCORE Technology.

Gemma Bryan

HR Director

Gemma is a chartered member of the CIPD and has a wealth of HR experience across a number of sectors: both Private and Public.

Gemma has an inclusive and positive style and works as a partnership with the senior leaders to execute the business strategy to build organisational capabilities, develop diverse talent and teams and enable employee engagement.

Gemma joined Matrix SCM at the beginning of 2022 and is working hard to support a culture of belonging with our people at the very heart of everything we do.

Chris Grimes

Sales Director

Chris has been responsible for delivering significant growth for Matrix since 2014 helping to shape new solutions and service offerings and ensuring Matrix have a leading position in the verticals they operate within.

Julian Panter

Business Director South

Julian joined Matrix SCM in 2011 and brings a wealth of knowledge at all levels of delivery of Neutral Vendor models. Having started as an Account Manager supporting inbound day to day enquiries, his role and responsibilities have increased as our client base has grown. He now strategically manages our contracts across London and the South East to make sure they are receiving the best value and service.

Melanie Rayner

Operations Director

Melanie joined Matrix at the end of 2021 to provide leadership and support the growth of the day-to-day operations.

Melanie has been working within the customer experience and business transformation arena for over 15 years and within a variety of sectors. Her positive and engaging leadership style has driven the delivery of many successful programmes.

Ian Middleton

Business Director North

Ian has a wealth of experience of managing local government contracts, with over 18 years experience within the Neutral Vendor space. He strategically manages contracts for Local Authorities at Matrix SCM across the North, South West, Midlands, Northern Ireland and Wales to make sure they are receiving the best value and service.

Ashley Doody

CPTO

Ashley joined Matrix SCM at the start of 2022 to lead the further development of its technology platform. Ashley has previously helped businesses transform into being digitally led and driving growth from new platforms and associated services. Ashley is a technologist by training and spent a large part of his career in technology roles at Thomson Reuters, and more recently at Personal Group Plc.

Chris Duck

Supply Chain Director

Chris joined Matrix in March 2022 to manage the supply chain, talent pool and Matrix MM teams. 

Chris has 12 years experience working in procurement and recruitment and brings a  wealth of knowledge in Managed Service Provision across a variety of sectors.
