After going to tender, Matrix SCM were awarded the management of agency staffing under ‘Lot 1 Managed Services for Contingent Labour’, through the YPO Flexible HR Solutions Framework.

As part of the contract Matrix are providing them with a tailored managed service model. This includes setting up Westminster on our end to end procurement software CR.NET, access to our expert supply chain management service, and a dedicated Account Manager who manages any queries from suppliers and the Councils hiring teams.

This is helping the Council and Harbinder achieve their goals by giving them access to a neutral supply chain, increasing fulfilment and reducing off contract spend. By streamlining the recruitment process through our software, hiring managers can now release roles to the pre-approved supply chain within 2 minutes and limit the amount of CV’s agencies can put forward. This ensures they only put their best candidates forward and resolves the issue of high volume, irrelevant candidates coming through.
