Sanctuary are a supplier on the Matrix SCM supply chain and are now using CR.Net through our System License model to deliver a managed service to one of their clients. This gives them the power of our market-leading system to manage a contract with a new client.

Vendor Management Solution

Our Software as a Service (SaaS) solution provides Sanctuary with a Vendor Management Solution so that they can manage the contract with the end client with all the benefits of CR.Net. This provides them with all the added benefits of our system such as full control over compliance, powerful reporting on all aspects of recruitment and automated invoicing.

With the functionality of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), CR.Net allows Sanctuary to control the second tier supply chain of the managed service contract. They will control the terms and can enrol suppliers to manage the supply chain directly with the client through our system. CR.Net then manages the invoicing process for them including self-billing for agencies so they have no manual work. On top of that, anything that is captured in CR.Net can be reported on. This means Sanctuary and their clients will have access to powerful reporting that will provide them with complete visibility of what is happening on site.

Transitioning from Supplier to System License

Sanctuary have worked with Matrix SCM as a supplier through our Managed Service provision. Knowing the power of the system and having first-hand experience of providing candidates through CR.Net, the goal of the implementation was to build on that existing knowledge. This led to us training Sanctuary on how to manage a contract with a client through the system. Our Implementation Team spent a day on site providing training, sharing materials and guides so that they could manage the contract.

Part of this contract involved the end client having access to approve new orders and extensions, so we built in certain approval processes for the end client. Should they have queries, they can now contact Sanctuary who can see the orders and support them with any issues. Our SaaS solution is set up so that we can build in approval processes that the client with the System License can manage themselves.
