London Borough of Enfield Council are a 4th generation Neutral Vendor that have been working with Matrix SCM since 2008. Coming towards the end of their contract, they went out to market as part of an exercise to showcase they are getting the best services in the market and explore what additional services could be acquired alongside their current model.

Project brief:

The goal was to explore the market, ensuring they are getting the best quality and value possible through a tendering process. On top of this, they wanted to understand additional services available to see how they could get more from their contract.

Solutions:

Matrix SCM were re-awarded the contract, despite being a 4th generation we were still offering them continued best service and value in the market, which included additional savings even into their 11th year with us.

We also focused on the growing the Social Value service, where our team drive community engagement on-site with clients and local partners.
