Matrix SCM were awarded the contract as Managed Serviced Provider for temporary staffing for Hackney Council in July 2017, this contract was previously with a Master Vendor. 

Integrations:

Before Hackney’s contract started, Matrix SCM completed system developments within CR.Net to offer an integrated technology approach. This means that our system can connect with other business critical technology, removing the need for double data entry and manual work by digitally streamlining processes. Allowing systems to connect and share data by pulling from one and pushing into another.

Hybrid Approach:

Due to the scale of the Hackney contract, we utilise our higher touch Hybrid approach, whereby 3 account managers run the day to day management of the contract. Specialising in different areas and over seen by a Head of On-Site Delivery, this approach provides hirers with a direct contact with specialist knowledge of the market who will be available to support the hiring manager with their requests.
