A large problem we have identified within the temporary staffing market is agencies inputting timesheets on behalf of workers. The nature of our business is to drive efficiencies, so our simple to use mobile app empowers workers to fill in timesheets, saving time for agencies and removing the risk for clients of recruiters potentially making mistakes on behalf of workers.
To overcome this problem, Matrix SCM have been empowering workers, making creating, logging and processing timesheets even simpler than it currently is through our system by introducing our Timesheet Mobile App.
We have been rolling this out with our clients to help drive workers to fill in their timesheets themselves. On average across the board only around 40% of workers fill in their own timesheets, by introducing the app in March we automatically saw a jump to 56% and from campaigning and working with our clients in July this hit 78%.
Which is great for temporary workers as it empowers them to easily log their timesheets, great for agencies as it reduces workload, and great for clients as it reduces risk. Our staff are working with our clients to drive this even higher, a great example of this is Westminster which has now reached 91%.
