As part of our continued improvements, this morning we are replacing our LiveSupport with a new LiveChat function on CR.NET. Our new tool will work the same way, however, the link to talk to us will be available on every page of CR.NET in the bottom right-hand corner. Making it easier to speak to a member of our team and easier for our Account Managers to respond quicker. All at no extra cost to our System Users.
To access LiveChat you just need to click the link in the bottom right-hand corner of CR.NET to be put through to a member of our Operations team who will be able to help you with any queries:

Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 am to 6:45 pm
Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
Please remember if you need to get a hold of us outside of these timeframes, our team are available 24/7 365 days a year via our Operations phone number.
