With Matrix SCM recruiting to support continued growth, we caught up with one of our new hires, Courtney, who recently joined the Operations Centre as a Client Support Advisor. “A Client Support Advisor is pretty much an Account Manager role, just minus the sales. It’s working day-to-day with clients and suppliers to meet requirements for the Councils you look after.”
“My day-to-day tasks involve answering emails and calls from clients and suppliers, finding shift cover where necessary and completing necessary checks on the Matrix system such as orders and pre-employment checks.”
